Our Policies

Customer Responsibility
The customer is responsible for finding the correct part number in an Owners Manual or Illustrated Parts List and ordering the correct part.

Substitute Items
Part numbers are constantly changing and being replaced by newer parts.  If the part you ordered is No Longer Available and a Substitute Item or newer item is available from the same manufacturer under a different part number we will send you the Substitute Item if it does not cost more that the original item ordered.

Shipping Policy
We cannot deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. Boxes, APO or FPO. Shipping is only available in the 48 contiguous United States. If one of your items require LTL shipping, you will be notified and you will have the option to pay the additional shipping charge or cancel you order. We do not have any way of separating UPS Shipment items from LTL when your order is being processed, therefore we must determine whether the item requires LTL or not after your order has been processed. NOTE: Only large Tillers, Lawnmowers, Mower decks, and other large items will require LTL Freight Charge Cost. We ship usually ship the following business day after the order is received.  Depending on your location, the Delivery Time could take anywhere from 1 - 7 business days.

Backorders
If one of more of the items that you ordered is backordered, your order may be delayed for 10 or more working days.  If our vendor does not have the item manufactured, you will have to wait until the item becomes available.  Backorders may sometimes take 1 month or longer, in which case we will notify you and give you the option to wait or cancel your order.  Backorder delays to not include the Delivery Time it takes for your order to ship from our company to you.

No Cancellation Policy
Due to a high order of specialty items, orders may NOT be cancelled for any reason.  Exceptions are backorders taking longer than month to come in, unless you agreed to wait.  You will also have the option to cancel your order if it requires LTL shipping and you do not wish to pay the additional shipping charge.

No Longer Available
If any of the items on your order are No Longer Available we may cancel your entire order and you will be notified by e-mail.

Return Policy
All sales are final. Merchandise may be returned within 14 days of delivery date only if we send you a part other than the one you ordered, unless the part was substituted by the same part  or newer part under a different item number. If your part is damaged, you are responsible for having UPS inspect the package upon delivery. In both cases we will pay for the shipping. ORDERS MAY NOT BE RETURNED WITHOUT PROPER AUTHORIZATION AND PROVIDED RMA NUMBER. Any package that we receive without RMA or after the 14 day return period will not be recognized and will be discarded. Call or e-mail us during our normal business hours for RMA and return address information.

Information Request
We will occasionally have to contact you for information that has been left off of your order when being processed such as address information, etc.

Additional Information
If we receive an order without information such as but not limited to a phone number, we may cancel your order and refund your money at any time. Even though you may receive a conformation at the end of your order you may forget to fill out text fields during checkout. Your order will still be processed with text fields left blank, if we have no way of contacting you by way of e-mail or phone we will cancel your order.

Additional Shipping Information
We will lower your shipping charge to match our cost if it is lower than what we charged and more than a couple of dollars difference.  Our shipping price is calculated by order total since we do not have weights for all of our items.  In most cases the shipping total comes out close to our actual cost.  For low price orders or light weight orders our cost may come out lower than what we actually charged you.  Especially if it is a very small item that we can ship via USPS with shipping confirmation.  We specify UPS Ground at checkout, but we will ship your order with other carriers if we so choose.
